Delivery & Returns Information

Delivery

We aim to deliver products in stock within 3 working days where possible. Due to the bespoke nature of some of our items and manufacturing times some items may take longer to deliver. These items will clearly state an approximate delivery lead time.

It is recommended that you order any items well in advance of any project start dates to ensure delivery on time.

If we are unable to made the delivery to the agreed delivery address we will return the goods to our warehouse and make contact with you to re-arrange delivery. Unfortunately in these circumstances we may have to charge you a further delivery fee.

All deliveries must be signed for to confirm receipt.

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 7 days of receipt.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation.

Items which are made to the buyer's specification, unfortunately, will not be entitled to the terms set out in our returns policy.

In the unlikely event that items are being returned TECHNIK will not be responsible for the costs of returning  the goods unless the items are faulty or mis-described.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods or arrange with us to have the item collected at a cost to you.
